Betty: 28th April 1925 - 5th May 2016

What a shock, but in a way not a shock, for Ray, out on ambulance-car-driving duties yeterday, to get the phone call from Betty's husband, Michael.

91 years and one week. Thankfully, she was only really unwell for a short time at the end of her life.

Betty was a lovely, amazing and gracious lady. She loved life, and she loved people. She lived life courageously and with joy.
