Never saw this before!

We are expecting a nasty winter storm today: snow, ice and “wintry mix.” When I arrived on campus, I saw *lots* of cars with the windshield wipers raised like this. I have never seen this before, but it looked like a good idea, so I did it, too. That way, the wipers won't be stuck to the glass when I come back to my car. It made for easier scraping.

I had a really nice shot of “Rosmarinus officinalis” flowers (without dead blooms) than what I posted a few days ago — http://365project.org/rhoing/365/2014-01-30 — and it survived gray-scaling quite well, but the story today is the storm that arrived at mid-day.
