Although this is a[nother] really-really lame post, there *is* a story here; I promise.
Clare & I are mostly coffee drinkers; we've never been fans of decaffeinated coffee; and until recently, I could drink black coffee practically until bedtime.
One day in Copenhagen last week, we had *huge* mugs of coffee at lunch time Café Den Blå Hund,

Fast-forward to our farewell dinner in Stockholm (Dramatenrestaurangen Frippe) and when we ordered our post-dinner hot beverage, several of us were leaning toward black tea. Not my favorite, but to cap off a really nice meal, complete with a piece of cake, it seemed the best option.
Our mid-30's group leader was the last to order and she ordered red tea. Red tea, Caroline? She said it's an herbal tea that shouldn't interfere with sleep. Upon hearing this, several of us changed our black tea request to red tea.
It tasted good after the sweet dessert. It was something hot before we went out in the cold back to our hotel and I slept through the night [for the fourth night in a row in Stockholm]. It was the departure morning and we all had different departure times, so we didn't see any of the other members of our group.
Back in the States now, Clare looked for red tea in the grocery store and — voilà! Red tea!
Okay, so it's not really a “tea.” Read about it at Dave’s Garden, “Facts About Rooibos Tea” »
