Help!! No clue! [Filler]

The plug fits an audio or microphone jack, but the business end seems only to have a light. Probably from a Windows Vista-era computer? Maybe? I have no idea. Is this a job for reddit? (With the twistie still factory-twisted, obviously I never used it!)

@travel Thanks, Michel!I had a different original "purpose" for including the previous years' links, but I have appreciated seeing how I have possibly improved as a photographer. Sometimes I cringe over past posts and not all new posts indicate improvement, but I'm trying!
