Infusion by rhoing


Ginger-infused brandy. It adds an extra little dimension of ginger to a variation on a Moscow Mule (made with ginger beer). Dicing the ginger (for increased surface area) isn't the time-consuming part. That's peeling the ginger. But my son-in-law has advised that I don't have to peel the ginger. Next time!
