And I spent part of the morning at the Ford dealership. :-\
We bought a new car earlier this year and Clare pored over the glove compartment manual on the two-day drive and discovered that we probably ought to maintain a disciplined service schedule, even/especially with regard to oil changes. So she called ahead to a Massachusetts dealership to make an appointment. Amazingly, we were able to get an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, but the [first] tire rotation didn’t happen due to the wheel locks (lower-right nut above). I looked for the special wrench socket in the car to no avail. Sigh. But we got the oil change done and we have a third grandchild and second granddaughter. :)
We didn’t want the wheel locks, but this was literally the only car on the lot that fit our needs and the 2010 had service estimates we weren’t willing to spend. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
