This is particularly horrible - it was a response to April's @aecasey Get Pushed Challenge to make a word or phrase from found shapes. The found shapes were nuts - but they didn't seem to meld together very well - so just the cashew volunteered - his shape could be made into anything! And I don't quite know how the magpie got there! Sorry April - but I hope the Christmas wishes come true. :)
Ha ha, I love that you post your mish mash experiment. Quite right too. Too much perfection on 365 just makes people feel inadequate, whereas a bit of experimental fun gives hope!!
@aecasey Hi April - this is what it ended up - not very prepossessing I'm afraid. The whole letters bit was very difficult - if you used different things they didn't seem to work together! Oh well - I think the magpie is going to eat the last cashew - so that's good! Cheers Rob
It's not as bad as you think! And how else do you learn other than by playing around and having a few misfires along the way? I actually like the bird in there!
@olivetreeann LOL - Thanks Ann - I think I had some idea of putting it in the composite challenge with the theme of "birds." Changed my mind after I saw the end result!! :)
@granagringa You are very kind Granagringa! And Christmas is getting close so I would like to wish you all the best for the festive season and the new year. :)
@jgpittenger LOL - thanks Jane for your very kind comment - but I fear that Casablanca has pretty well summed up the situation in her comment above! :) :)
