I wanted to get a record shot of Hubby in his protective gear. Then I noticed my selfie cut in half in each lens, so I decided that would be a good way to start this month.
@30pics4jackiesdiamond Any mask of this type can transmit virus but not most of the moisture droplets the virus might be on. The idea is to block your breath from infecting anyone in case you happen to have it. We got our masks from a very generous group of seamstresses who are making them. We have been unable to buy any kind of masks so these will help. They could be made better if they had something to stiffen the part above the nose and could pull the sides up closer to the face. They are double layer cotton cloth that is doubled up on itself so 4 layers.
Out of interest, how many layers of material is in the mask to make it safe from transmitting virus??
