A friend made these for us. The decorated rocks are popping up in our neighborhood front yards with stay well and safe messages. It is Memorial Day here today. We are easing restrictions but us seniors still can’t get out because others aren’t wearing masks.
Such a great idea, lovely shot of these pretty rocks. We too are only allowed out with a mask, I think it is a great idea to prevent the spreading. Everyone should be thinking of others, as we all don't know if we have the virus or not.
That was a very thoughtful gift. Although I don't like them and am usually unable to breathe after about 45 minutes wearing one, I still put the mask on to help out others. Needless to say, I've been doing a lot of on-line shopping!
Thoughtful gift. Can you get out if you wear a mask, even if others don't? It isn't mandatory here. It is advised where social distancing is difficult, such as on public transport or in some smaller shops. Shockingly though, I find the guys in masks think they can come much closer and reach right in front of your face in the supermarket as if they are invincible with a mask on.
@casablanca We always wear a mask when we go out. But it’s the asymptomatic non-mask wearers we fear. So we will continue to only go out for groceries that can’t be delivered.
@shutterbug49 I can understand that. We just don't know enough about this virus yet to know what proportion are asymptomatic. Wishing you and your hubby well
