Strange events had been taking place in the toy kingdom in toronto. It had been recently revealed that there were actually two Katy's and why didn't Grandmere Summerfield catch on it right away was more than strange, too.
In any case, the exchange student Katsuko had in her valise her twin sister Kazuko. Katsuko (katy) being so sly with her adventures failed to mention that fact. So when Katy and me are getting along, it's actually Kazuko I was dealing with, and Katy would be somewhere doing her thung. Kazuko and I actually got along when all this time i thought it was Katy. Somehow, Katy came under the spell of my witchy sister Wichita who is herself an adventuress. (shhhh...don't tell Grandy i used that word.)
The Katy who rejected the Dragon was Kazuko. Mr. Padraigh Penwyn somehow knew about Kazuko and Katsuko; he acually liked Kazuko and not Katsuko. and it was Katsuko and not Kazuko who rejected his proposals on Valentine's Day.
So, with all the confusion, Grandy thought it was a good idea to separate the twins so that the nice Katy (Kazuko) would not be influenced by the bad Katy (Katsuko). Kazuko has been sent with Miss Ann to the Poconos. Katy, meanwhile, opted to go to Madison.
And so we had a farewell party for the two Katy's while Grandy and Miss Ann along with Uncle Bill were plying the Niagara grounds in search of their masterpiece shots. We had a large sprinkles cookie and by Wichita's magic, we were tele-transported to the Turtle Pond along with our new friend Eliza Grazie Greene or EGG for a fun-filled farewell party!

That looks fun although the story has given me a headache and I need to rest now! In the style of many of Miss Ann's former students who came to the US from South Korea to study and took American names our new friend Kazuko has decided to end the Katy confusion and take a new name but she is having some difficulty choosing. Of course the Critters have all kinds of ideas! We'll announce it as soon as Kazuko makes up her mind!
