week 37 of the 52 captures challenge asked for pasta.
i have in my cupboard a couple boxes of lasagna noodles. they have long ago expired but i choose not to throw them away because the boxes fit nicely in the shelf with other stuff. i knew there's still some use for them and, tonight, i am able to catch up with the challenge with them.
@randystreat@grammyn - not bad as to render it not edible. but the older the pasta is, the more starchy it gets and trickier to cook, especially if you want to get the "al dente" result.
