we passed by this park as we were about to get breakfast at the beacher cafe. the park had a splendid show of colours, this being one. there were other maple and ginko trees in varying degrees of coloursl, but i like these maple leaves against the evergreens. there was also a kneeling tree which an old lady, walking her dog, pointed out to me. i asked if i could take her photo with her dog but she declined. she said she hasn't taken a bath yet. and that left me scratching my head.
in any case, i'll miss the asteroid sighting tomorrow at dusk as i will be driving to buffalo, but i'm sure some of our able fellow 365ers will be posting pics.
so, if i don't acknowledge your comments, or unable to comment on yours, my friends, please do not be offended. i will catch up as soon as i can - or just before i go to the island with the fine as sugar white sand beach with a mai tai in one hand and camera in the other.
stunning shot. thank you for the heads up regarding the shower. i will have to see if it will can be seen here. too bad about that missed shot especially after getting your nerve to approach her since she had a dog with her. back to sneaky shots?
@cscecil - hahaha! that was what made me wonder: which one didn't have the bath yet? and what does it matter. but she was quite nice about it. thanks, CS.
@danig - thank you, my friend. wish you're with me, too!
@catsmeowb - so were you able to see the asteroid? been wondering what was that really star until i read about it on the news. if i wasn't travelling would've headed to a planetarium to watch. i did see it on the drive from the border to the airport, funny thing was in canada it was foggy/misty soon as we crossed the border the skies were clear and you could see this bright object right next to the moon. awesome though. and yes, back to sneakies! thank you, camille.
@pamfromcalgary - thank you, pam.
@sunnygreenwood - thank you, anne.
@daveanajao - thank you, dave.
