if i were to be a flower, i'd want to be a hibiscus, not necessarily an orange one, but perhaps a white hibiscus. which is not a colour found on a rainbow. i found this hibiscus flower in a planter along one of the streets in downtown toronto. it is actually dark peach but with a little tweaking in ribbet, it now has an orange colour. which suits the thumbnail challenge just fine.
@karenann - yes, i do like the melville quote, too. it makes me think about my own sanity (or insanity for that matter). i remember when i was much younger, i've been called an odd duck. now i'm just called worse. hahaha! thank you, my friend.
@roth - thank you, sue. sometimes i don't know if it is i who's brilliant or the camera :-) i think it's the camera. the canon doesn't want to get retired, it's still my main camera because obviously i can't carry the big one with me all the time.
