When the grandchildren were here last May they decided to go fishing in the pond in the garden. Oscar caught this parmate newt with his net and put it in his bucket for me to photograph. It's quite small, between 8 and 10 cm I would think.
It's another thoroughly miserable day so I'm filling gaps instead of taking photos outside.
