Daddy Woodpecker was busy today as he had two youngsters to take care of. Still no sign of Mum, perhaps there are still some chicks in the nest that haven't fledged yet.

A little beauty ,and a great capture - I had a surprise visitor yesterday - I think a female as there was no red on the head and rather small ! - by the time I got the camera - she flew off !

Very clean capture, they are quite tame on our bird table but I’ve never managed to take a photo, our bird table is not in a good spot for photos.
