A stock broker once advised me to invest in fuchsias....... I took his word for it and bought several of them at the local plant nursery.
I have to say they were a great investment as they have paid great dividends in terms of the beautiful and colourful floral displays they produce in my garden every year.
The only problem I have with fuchsias is that I am dyslexic and this word was specifically designed to make my life difficult...... (a bit like the word "dyslexia" itself.) I usually get by with the help of a good spellchecker........ but I spent ten minutes trying to type fuchsias and the spell checker just through it's hands in the air and said "I'm sorry pall I have no idea what you are talking about, You do realise that I am an English spell checker and I do not speak Urdu."
Why couldn't they just spell it fewshas and we would all know what we were talking about. :)
@peterday Just stuck in the shop most days in Mevagissey at this time of year so it's boats and the lighthouse everyday unless I break it up with a few flowers now and then. Normal service will be resumed in October when the tourists all go home. :)
Spell check is a god-send - try this in future http://www.easyspellingaid.com/
Given that many of us think in pictures is it any wonder there are so many dysleixc photographers and videographers?
