Macro Monday and my challenge from @julieco is to create "a colour popped monochrome image." I hope this fits the bill. I took it on a lunch break in front of our building, as snow was starting to fall. Processed in pic monkey for SC and the bokeh to convey what the snow falling felt like.
Main album shot is from later in the day, when I finally caught a cardinal amongst the sparrows - http://365project.org/taffy/365/2013-11-25
@julieco I hope this fits the bill! It was fun learning to use a new processing program to do the monochrome with color. Thanks for the challenge -- I may try another this week.
This is spectacular! I love the realness of the leaf -- you can tell exactly what stage of dryness the leaf is in, and you can feel the coldness of the snow in the background.
