Chicago's downtown business district is called "the Loop." It got this name from the CTA (Chicago Transit Authority) El ("elevated) tracks that form a look around the city. We have one of the oldest elevated/subway systems in the United States -- maybe the oldest -- and this section today is called the 'brown line." All our lines are a color -- visitors take the Blue Line in from O'Hare or the Orange line in from Midway.
@tonydebont Heehee! No, it was taken on a relatively nice day, but processed using a new program called SnapArt (new to me). I can't remember which one this is -- I think it's charcoal, and then I did some more tweaking in Nik Silver Efex.
@pennyp Penny, thanks as always for your support and for the fav! I used a processing choice that was called charcoal. I hadn't thought about it looking like snow!
