Action? Catch all her activity in her eyes across the three shots!
Not much time for photography today, but Sadie (visiting for the week) cooperated by posing very very still. This is something Bernese Mountain Dogs can do well -- hold very still.
All SOOC with an eye to ONS8. And I've come to like the triptych format for telling a story. Anyone who has had or knows a Bernie knows this is pretty typical for them.
See, this is what happens.....I get started on something, get called away, get distracted, and 5 hours later I get back to it!!
Sadie is a beautiful dog....I have had a soft spot for Bernese dogs since I became acquainted with Tua, our neighbors' dog many years ago. She was an incredible sweetheart, and they were also heartbroken when she passed away. You just want to hug them, and burrow your face in their fur! The triptych format is wonderful, and even though I did not get to participate in the challenge I got to appreciate the storytelling aspect of Hilliard's work.
@panthora Thanks Osia. They are amazing dogs. We still miss ours every single day. We ended up living with Sadie and her family for 5 weeks after Nutmeg's surgery two springs ago as we have too many stairs and we needed a place to stay without stairs. They have a basement family room they turned into our own little condo for 5 weeks. What an amazing family! So having Sadie here, along with 'sister' Bella and their people is a very special time for us.
