For my mentor/critique group, looking at something from three perspectives...no need to comment.
I decided to brave the cold because we finally had sunny skies, as my idea for this week was to post our building from three perspectives. The first is looking up to emphasize the lobby columns, the second to show how the building towers over others in the West Loop area of the city, and the third to show the section of the building that will be Whole Foods -- much anticipated opening March 25th.

Here's my second attempt at same object, three perspectives. It was really cold and I don't love the end result, but my fingers were so cold I ended up deciding to take a few bracketed shots since it was mid-day, do one from each main angle, and go inside and work with what I'd done. It did give me some ideas for angles and POV when the weather and the lighting is more amenable.
This is a great idea, doing 3 pov's of a building. I particularly like the top one for the pov and the wispy clouds. You must be delighted about the food shop coming.
@888rachel Thanks Rachel -- yes, it will be fantastic having such a good one right in the building (pricey, but high quality). Even more reason not to want to leave here! We're trying to focus on the 'excitement' of getting our house wired for sound (and security system) instead of being sad about the progress they are making!
@ericdibosco Thanks Eric! I do love this building -- it's interesting architecturally and has won awards . I don't think I did justice to it here, but I did get some ideas for when the weather warms up.
