For my mentor group's focus on bokeh over the next several weeks, I thought I'd post this happy accident, taking during a wonderful meetup Junko @jyokota and I had with Elizabeth @redy4et and Joe @thirdjoe at Oceanside Pier. I'm going to have great fun working on this photos when I get home (tomorrow).
Thank you for your amazing response to yesterday's sunset. I've read all your comments, smiled at the favs, and look forward to viewing and commenting as soon as I can. I really appreciate it!!

Not really a 'real' attempt at planning a bokeh shot, but I couldn't resist it -- it was one of several where I had the focus off, but I sort of liked how this one turned out! Just can't take any credit for it...
Taffy, it was my pleasure to meet you and Junko! I had such a great time talking with both of you and learning from you. I wish we had more time to talk and take pictures. Guess I will have to make my way to Chicago someday. Fav!
What a fun shot from our meetup at the beach! It was such a treat to meet you and Junko and have the opportunity to take photos together during that glorious sunset. Safe travels and I can't wait to see more pics!
