Get Pushed 99: Lime Loops

My Get Pushed partner for the coming week, Mary Siegle @mcsiegle, said: "So this is your challenge. Make an abstract image -- either SOOC or using processing. Make it as abstract as possible."

So here's a second try - pretty much SOOC but as I shoot only in raw this has had my standard Lightroom development, mainly levels adjustments; otherwise, the image is as shot.
@mcsiegle Hi Mary - so here's a second try as a variation on the first one! Only the levels have been changed, the image itself is SOOC.

This looks really great Richard

Another cool abstract.

I like the other one better, which doesn't mean I don't like this. Are you going to give away what you actually photographed.

@joansmor I like the other one better too, which is why I posted it in my main 365 album. As to the subject... I think I'll keep you guessing a while longer ;-)

Great fun and great response to your challenge.

I think you've met the challenge very well!

Really intriguing!

I think I like this one better, but just the top two thirds. Love the colors on both.

I like it a lot Richard. Color composition is nice and balanced between the softer secondary colors.

Great abstract, love the colour blends.

Whoa! Equally abstract as the other. Even more of a puzzle as to what you shot, but I'll stick with the guess I made on the "Lime Lines" one. Bits of sky and cloud through foliage? Am I even close? Are the darker areas branches or stems? Is the title a clue at all? Holy cow! Super fine response to the challenge. Feel free to continue to experiment with abstract through the week, but I'm gonna say "Mission well accomplished."

Lovely. The color variation and sense of texture is great!
June 9th, 2014
cool, so abstract I don't have a clue to what it really is!
June 9th, 2014
Another great effort - but I prefer the other one.

The shapes are interesting (following the movement of the camera I guess). The abstractness really highlights the colour.

@trinda Mary was right!
