Camera Club outing this evening to the King's Theatre in Southsea. It is a 110 years old and is a Grade II listed proscenium arch theatre, designated by the Theatres Trust as a ‘theatre of national architectural importance’.
@robz we went up to the gods, where the seating us tatty and antique @ludwigsdiana it is quite tatty in parts, the renovations are exquisite @wendyfrost unfortunately the basement where the orchestra was rowed(!) to their pit area was cluttered with junk and not photogenic . Portsmouth no longer floods so it's dry @onewing Babs when the lights shine on the stage the audience cannot be seen @susanalena it is beautiful
