This is "Lily", another of our "sometimes summer pets"... She belongs to our friend Mike who already drove her to an appointment yesterday, so we offered to take her this morning and do our shopping while up near Halifax. When we arrived, she wouldn't leave the front steps until she had picked up her leash, walking herself to the car! She made a nest of the sheet in back for the ride, then, once again, picked up her leash and walked herself to the front door of her doctor's office! (She'd been sick earlier in the week & was dehydrated, so is getting fluids...she's on the mend!) Cute, isn't she?
