Picture-Postcard Perfect Day

This wasn't even one of my favorites as I went through the photos last night, but when trying out some new borders that came for my Photo Effects, this came away looking like a post card, and it would definitely have been a picture to share with my friends back east! Those sea lions I photographed were along the cliffs along the way behind me where I stand, and further along the rocks were covered with pelicans, gulls and cormorants. Lots of flowers clung to the cliffs as well... I will not confess to how many photos I took ;-)

This looks beautiful, and I know the exact spot where you were standing! You did a great job with, and the border certainly enhances that picture postcard quality. I find that place hard to photograph at that bright sunlight, and you cannot get too close to the seals now during pupping season. Still great to be there...
