It was only when I was looking at my pics later on the train that I noticed the tiny figure on the face of the Shard. Wow, it's Prince Andrew I thought! But no, it was probably one of the many other people abseiling to raise money for Outward Bound Trust and the Royal Marines Charitable Trust.
This way again on another Wenlock and Mandeville stroll - did half of it from Tower Bridge to St Paul's. At Tower Bridge I failed totally to remember to take a picture of the bridge with the Paralympic Agitos, probably because I was distracted by the display of incredible pictures by photojournalist Tom Stoddart (as previously recommended by Andy C http://365project.org/andycoleborn/365/2012-08-22). I can second that - go see it now, finishes on the 11th.
Sorry am failing miserably to look at anybody's else's pics let alone comment ... I am a pathetic creature.
