October rainbow challenge - Week 5: Anything goes - Monday: Red
I think I will carry on the challenge till Sunday, so that I get a even number of thumbnails for each colour. As I passed by the town hall on the bus, noticed they'd put up rather odd large plastic poppies all over the grounds.
Day off today, so got a few things done – walked a couple of miles to Waitrose in South Woodford to get my steps in and pick up some green veg. Managed to buy myself a pair of shoes and do a bit of early Xmas shopping at the same time. Then home to chores: cleaning the rank bathroom, putting all the clean laundry away and swapping my summer wardrobe for my winter one.
Hmm, bizarre sideways poppies. I am always so impressed with people who swap their summer wardrobes for winter ones. Sounds so organised! This year I think I am just going to stick with doubling or tripling up layers of summer clothes - I have put so much weight on in the last twelve months I that none of my winter stuff fits.
@jantan ha ha - it's very unlike me generally, being quite a disorganised person - it's just that I have absolutely no room for all my clothes to be out at once, so it developed out of necessity!
