Waltham Forest council treated us to free fireworks today because we'd been an Olympic borough. And jolly good they were too. A great evening for it - cold and dry with little wind. Totally mobbed of course. We managed to fight our way back home afterwards through the hordes and heated up some blackberry mulled wine to get really into the spirit.
