Bendy tree

A really deep, deep frost this morning, the moat well and truly iced over and nary a duck in sight. Apparently though this is the last of the 'beast from the east' cold snap and we're expecting the 'pest from the west' with milder temperatures, gale force winds and torrential rain. Ah how we've missed that.

Wonderful shot, looks like the tree got lots of wind over many years to get into that shape, love the grasses.

All warm and glowy but yet gives the sense its cold. Can we have that back - we just have dankness now. Not nice.
