This discussion chain is to highlight the work of someone else and show a photo that you marked as +FAV (on the top of the screen) this week. Having people FAV your photo lets you know that what you did really connected with other photographers and for the new members, it really helps get that photo to the popular page. We do this post every week and it is a great way to see work you might of missed or find someone new to follow.
So find a fav from this week and include their user name and why you connected with this photo. Please don't forget to CREDIT their photo with the username!
There are two easy ways to add pictures on to the discussion.
The first is a full size photo: 1) Click on your favorite photo and bring up its page. 2)Look at the right side of your monitor, and go to the word SHARE (it is below tags) 3) go to the box and copy the long address 4) Come back to the discussion, and then paste. 5) If it is not your photo also tag the person who it belongs to so they know you love it (@name) remember no punctuation on either side of the @and name.
The second is to have a smaller file size so to keep the site from getting overwhelmed. http://365project.org/discuss/general/1323/how-to-adding-an-image-in-a-discussion.
@sjoblues Thanks for sharing my "love". I took this shot on the 17th but posted a different version. Then someone asked to see a close up so I put this on a few days ago in my "extra" album. I'm glad you like it!!
I love this one by @northy
Love the b&w, the movement and the partial silhouettes...especially the guy heading out the door. It kind of represents a faceless society (too deep? ;) )
I had a really hard time choosing...some of the ones I really liked are already posted here. I have decided to highlight @chrissieh She has been on 365 since the beginning of January, posts some wonderful shots but only has 21 followers, so a lot of them get missed. This is one of her best, imho.
@orangecrush
Wow Jerry, with you and your work being so amazing, I feel incredibly honored by your compliment! Thank you for making my Friday so much nicer :-)
If Emily can have three, can I have two please? Firstly @cherrygirl (the date's wrong, but I'm sure it was uploaded this week, and I've been itching to post it in this thread):
@kittikat Ahhhhhhh " The Dragon " Praised by The Lady with the Heart of a Dragon ... As Large and Kind .... Bursting with Energy and Fire of Life ... A True Inspiration ... TY Kitti ... I am Humbled ... Peace to You ...
My faves this week were so very different, that it was hard to choose. Humour wins for me, so I selected Michelle's shot because it makes me smile. @momsta
It took me about 20 minutes to decide which pic to choose this week (there were so many great ones). I finally decided on this one by Michelle Blackford @tryeveryday for her wonderful night shot.
@cromwell I am so flattered that you included my photo with all these fabulous shots! Thank you so much, Crom!! Your stormtroopers, one of my faves this week, seems to have made quite an impression!! :-)
Rich @rich57 wowed me with this one. Such a busy street full of life, people and chaos, but yet time is completely suspended, unmoving, focused and still, almost quiet, as you look into the eyes of this one man. It blows my mind. :)
I was going to say @cromwell s photo but its already been mentioned numerous times so this one by @michelle58 because I know what it took to get and its awesome!
I experimented a lot with lights this week and so did Lisa. This is my absolute favorite of hers. Not only playing with light but also double exposure. @traeumerlein
Bit older but discovered it this week, so I like to share this picture by @seattle As you it's just the perfect portrait, Original and the colours are lovely!
@soboy5 -- Danny!!! Just seen that you said my high key petunias from a few days ago 'spoke to you' ...... I am just so chuffed that out of all the hundred of photos on here you felt that worthy of a mention, thank you so much. It makes grovelling around on my back on the patio, pointing the camera at the flower and the sky for underexposure, and getting dirty, all worthwhile!
@danig I promise you Danielle... You come to Seattle and I'll show you this branch! Really, I will. Thank you so very much for such a personally profound compliment. These are the ones that go right to my heart. Many, many thanks Aussie D.!
@juliehill Just so peaceful with wonderful blues.
Love the b&w, the movement and the partial silhouettes...especially the guy heading out the door. It kind of represents a faceless society (too deep? ;) )
1.
@graveyardgirl - doesn't say a date this week, but uploaded this week so I'm including it :)
2.
@hellcat
3.
@angelamartel
I love this photo because it captures that zen moment of sunset and a person with a camera. Here she captured four of us at the same moment.
@soozieqt This one made me want to be there!
Wow Jerry, with you and your work being so amazing, I feel incredibly honored by your compliment! Thank you for making my Friday so much nicer :-)
@chrismartinez
@Bankmann
And another one from @graveyardgirl:
Very pleased that Emily posted the skull with flowers by@hellcat thus saving me a very difficult decision.
@webfoot
@dieter
I think this is a beautiful image.
Beautiful heron by Sharon
A stunning piece of art work from Jake.
@cmc1200
@traeumerlein tough choice this week but I love this shot!
Thank you so much Nicole! I feel special:)
@tryeveryday -- It just goes to show you, give people what they want, which apparently is Stormtroopers peeing. :-P
@asrai
This truly speaks 'fine art' to me!
Crom is always a laugh! I love follwing him.
