This discussion chain is to highlight the work of someone else and show a photo that you marked as +FAV (on the top of the screen) this week. Having people FAV your photo lets you know that what you did really connected with other photographers and for the new members, it really helps get that photo to the popular page. We do this post every week and it is a great way to see work you might of missed or find someone new to follow.
So find a fav from this week and include their user name and why you connected with this photo. Please don't forget to CREDIT their photo with the username!
There are two easy ways to add pictures on to the discussion.
The first is a full size photo: 1) Click on your favorite photo and bring up its page. 2)Look at the right side of your monitor, and go to the word SHARE (it is below tags) 3) go to the box and copy the long address 4) Come back to the discussion, and then paste. 5) If it is not your photo also tag the person who it belongs to so they know you love it (@name) remember no punctuation on either side of the @and name.
The second is to have a smaller file size so to keep the site from getting overwhelmed. http://365project.org/discuss/general/1323/how-to-adding-an-image-in-a-discussion.
It's always a hard choice, but I have to go with one of Julie's @juliehill. Her artistry in framing this reflection shot is awesome and I wish more people had seen it:
@shirljess -- It's always a shock to me to scan this thread and see all these amazing photos and then suddenly see one of my shots. Thanks so much, Shirley for choosing one of mine. :-)
I really struggled to pick one this week. I narrowed it down to 5, but it took me a half hour to pick one out of that group. This one by @annbo finally won out.
There were so many wonderful shots this week, it's hard to decide but I'm going with Erinn's @ebdubay. I have tried numerous times to get a similar shot but never has it turned out like this masterpiece. I love Fall and the mood to this one is fantastic!!
Very difficult decision this week again. These photos by Art and Tracy are great. Both were seen on the PP:
emsabh @ Dusk by type H from 7th Oct
@ tracy williams How to peel an orange by Tracy
No contest.... this one by @cromwell. I can't believe it didn't get enough faves to be up there in the top 20. Maybe some people didn't like the title, but if you just look at the image itself, its incredible on multiple levels (in my humble opinion anyway)
I faved a lot of tremendously good photos, of all sorts of subjects, so this is hard to choose this week. But, I love the whimsy, colors and overall feel created through processing in this original one by Maria:
Difficult choice this week, but this atmospheric photograph by relative newcomer Christy Carter is the most distinctive shot I've faved this week, and therefore my pick:
@summerfield captured a wonderful fall scene, reflection was spot on. Loved it!!! and love following her.. would not have found her had it not been for the get-pushed challenges!!
I have a special fondness for country churches (I have fond memories of attending a country church from time to time with my grandparents, I love what the church stands for, and love the simple architecture) combine that with a sunset... I love it! Thanks, Jeff, for sharing this photo ... @jsw0109... And thank you, Lyn @lyno for hosting this thread... I look forward to it every week!
I was really happy to see that so many of my FAVs for the week were posted here...it was really hard to pick my fav of the favs...so I picked one that was not here
@lyno Thank so much. I've not been posting much lately so I think I've lost alot of followers so thanks again for highlighting this one, it was a beautiful place.
I had so many wonderful favs this past week and I am seeing many of them here!! I thought this one by @claeshields was just perfect for this fall season, plus, I love aspens!
@webfoot awww! Thanks Paul! It had been on my bucket list....I will still strive for more of them...thank you for the mention here! That made my day! :0)
