Ooops, this week I'm a day early to announce that it's time to look through your past week of uploads to find a favourite image from YOUR album and share it with the wider 365 community.
To do this click on the arrow beneath the photo, copy the data and paste it in the thread below.
Do please say why it's your favourite of the week.
Mine is the gorgeous surprise of finding the isolated church is now in the middle of a sunflower field.
I won't be posting this thread next week, I'd be grateful if someone would step in for me or we'll do 2 favourites from the past fortnight - so you can still share!
Not sure if this is a ‘fabulous favourite’ but, I was thrilled with it. I occasionally get a hawk in my garden but they usually are in and out in a minute or, perch in a tree hidden by branches. This guy came in and sat on my little stone wall, in plain view, for a minute or two so, I finally got a shot with nice detail.
Blind luck getting this one...pretty literally as I couldn't see anything through the viewfinder. But let it also be a lesson that the first Rule of Photography is that there are no rules in photography. So go ahead, shoot into the light!
@timerskine Tim this is fabulous ( chorizo light I think it's called!) @ljmanning what a privilege to see it @gardencat oh my word!! How wonderful @princessicajessica what was special about the boat?? This is glorious @wakelys very Gothic @farmreporter fabulous landscape @allsop lovely intimate landscape @njmom3 and I thought you crouched down by puddles!!!
@30pics4jackiesdiamond
Thank you so much! The boat I was looking for is called Theodore Tugboat... It's a Canadian thing that's kind of like Thomas the Tank Engine, but it's a tugboat. It would have made for a very different style of picture that day, I'm sure!
Because this was so much fun to create.
I just loved the colours!
There was supposed to be a boat at this pier that I was excited to photograph; it wasn't there, but I found this sculpture instead!
