This one would have been more appropriate last week, but still a little bit seasonal, I guess. This is my favourite war memorial. There is some info about it in the photo's description.
Flashback day is great - I like the memories the pictures and text recall. I don't always post them on the thread because I'm often looking on my phone which I'm generally incompetent with. Thanks for continuing to run it Skip @skipt07, and the reminder to take a look every week..
14 July 2014 - my granddaughter Sophia at Byron Bay. She is almost grown up now - just graduated high school as valedictorian, student of the year, indigenous student of the year and top of the class in three subjects. Hopefully studying law at university next year.
