Anxious mother

This is the first time I have seen the mother off the nest. She has two babies inside the nest - two featherless scrawny ugly things. They poked their heads up a couple of times but I didn't manage to get them in focus. Will try again.

Great capture, I've been watching baby birds in the nest too. They grow up so fast!
