We stayed night #3 at the Prairie Hotel in Parachilna. A really nice place with great hosts. This Australian Outback cowboy was watching the sunset on his horse!! There were interesting authentic meals at this hotel too. I had Kangaroo steak, Emu pattie & Camel sausage.
@maggiemae haha Maggie - no, no crocodile hamburger, although I think I have tried crocodile before!
