No idea what this is ...

Something architectural - but I don't know what it is. All those who wanted from the wedding were meeting at Picnic Point for a brunch the day after the wedding. Apparently there is an amazing view from Picnic Point, but it was still foggy, so not much to be seen at all. This structure was right by the cafe. - Ah, I have just googled and it is a water tower. Makes sense.
