Today was a little more subdued although Simon Calder still mentioned me and Mum in todays broadcast, suggesting she get her own show live!
I wrote up the notes I had made of Jason’s lecture yesterday which came to all of half a page of A4 and I also assisted in the garden with trimming back the hedge. I popped out to Sainsbury’s and spotted this rural view in the local churchyard as I walked by. It looks like we’re in the middle of the countryside and it wasn’t until I looked at this photo that I noticed the two wood pigeons.
I also booked tickets for us to visit the National Trusts Cliveden House near Maidenhead on Tuesday as we are trying to make the most of our annual tickets.
