1 year, 39 days since the start of the 1st lock down in March 2020.
Bank Holiday Monday and we both made an effort to get up and out and go to Bushy park for a ‘trot’. We used the 5km route and I used my own intervals this time which seemed to work better. 5kms in 31:40 so I just need to get below the 30 minute barrier now.
My next task of the day was to trim Colin’s hair again using the clippers. I am getting better and there were no extra short/bald patches this time and I think it looked rather good.
It was really windy all day and quite a cold wind.
