After the recipe exchanging picture of the courgettes or zucchinis here is my supper last night courtesy of @cdonohoue. It was very easy to cook & tasted delicious...thanks Cathy! Even Harry had a taste & rather liked it.
I have spent the day watching the Open golf & doing B&B jobs. All in for another night so no beds to change which is nice. I can never understand why the younger the guests are, the nicer the cars but the untidiest people you ever saw...clothes strewn all over the floor! I blame the mothers picking up after your kids is the worst training you can give your children!

Did smile at the 'untidiest people' thing! Our 'Tourists' were back for the week end and things were everywhere! But I can't really comment as I still have to put away all the bits and pieces I brought home from Mum and Dad's! Wouldn't want to live out of a suitcase much!!!

@jgpittenger No recipe as such Lane just stir fry them with onions & green pepper although I had the same tonight with red & yellow peppers & steak...was even better the second time!! Harry ate it too!
Hahaa - you should tell them and shame them!! And your grandson could give them lesson in tidiness. Adam loves to have a tidy minimalist room but then he just steps out of his clothes and leaves them - and I leave them in the hope that he'll sort them out and then after a week I shout at him and guess what? The whole lot in the wash. Drives me mad - I'm sure most of the clothes have been worn about 3h. Mind you I've been on strike recently so he has been seen wielding an iron. That dish looks gorgeous!
So agree...young people are appalling, clothes strewn everywhere, bathroom light left on, tea spilt BUT utterly lovely people!! We all went out to lunch today got back 4,55 as guests were due 5-6 and they told me off because they arrived at 4.....speechless!!! The stir fry looks delicious AND Harry ate it! Mission complete!!!

That looks very yummy!!!! My two daughters were SUCH slobs at home - I rarely picked up after them - easier to close the door and curse. But when they would go a way for a week to camp, I warned them anything left out would be discarded. So one of them purposely left garbage out for me. Sly one. You should see what good housekeepers they are now.
The plate looks good, and I know all about clothing strewn all over the place. I figured when they have a place of their own and we go visit, we can do the same thing LOL
