Time to prepare for tropical storm Elsa. She'll arrive in our area about 2 PM today and travel through the middle of South Carolina into tomorrow afternoon. Local weather predicts up to 50 MPH wind gusts and up to four inches of rain within a 12-hour time slot. Possible hail and tornados could spawn from her, but all this could change by 2 PM. I don't like all the wind and rain at night, because you can't see what's going on outside. Always hope for the best outcome with these things.
