That's my little boy on the right. His brother is in the middle and his sister is on the left. Sadly, there were 12 puppies in this litter, but nine of them didn't make it due to mom delivering too early. The surviving three will get a thorough vet exam at eight weeks before they can go to their new homes and I pray they all get a good report. I was second on the list for a sable male. (big grin) I think he's the handsomest of the three. I feel very, very blessed to be getting him. I hope he will feel the same about me.

What do you mean by sable male?

@kjarn Male, of course you know. Sable is the coloring white, brown, and sometimes a little black. Wills brother is considered a white since he has just a few brown spots. Then there's a blue merle which is a mottled kind of coloring which a lot of people like but I don't. @kjarn You're welcome, Kathy! I don't know... there's just something (to me) that doesn't look healthy about the merle coloring. But lots of people love it and a blue merle collie cost more than a sable. Interesting, huh?!
