Second day of winter

It was a beautiful morning today for the second day of winter, but pretty chilly. Only reached 14 degrees C (57f), but the sun was shining which is nice. Tomorrow will be warmer I believe. Not many people on the beach today.

Beautiful day indeed. We began the day at minus 1, a bit chilly around the fetlocks on my run. I believe Stanthorpe dropped to minus 4, I think our fungi family may be a little sad today :)

Sorry for the group reply, but I have been out all day today and I want to check out your photos this evening. Being an ex Pommy from the UK I remember what real cold is, it's just that after living here in Oz for the last 25 years my blood has gone thin. So this is as cold as it gets for me these days. @chimfa Much easier to cope with winters now isn't it Jane. Do you remember de-icing the cars in winter in the UK.
(PS Jane and I are friends and we were neighbours for a few years in the UK and we both decided to leave because we couldn't cope with the cold. Jane lives in Spain now). We definitely made the right choice didn't we to get away.
