Tasmanian Flax Lily by onewing

Tasmanian Flax Lily

Day 3 of 'a walk in the woods' and as many of you know I am not really a flower person, but as we were walking in the woods it was essential to capture one or two flowers along the way.

I had no idea what variety of wildflower this was but Google did, so I discovered something new on my walk.
Interesting looking flower!

Jackie @jackie8 prompted me to check out my project this year and I discovered that this is the 9th flower photo this year. I will be posting another flower photo today and that will probably be it for this year I should think. haha.
I used to have hay fever from being a child until in my early 30s and then I had injections to 'cure me'. I have never had hay fever since but I suppose that is one reason I stay away from flowers just in case.

This is a pretty one. I posted flowers today as well. It must be because we have missed them over winter? At least, that is what I can tell my therapist :)

@888rachel @golftragic Ha ha. I am posting flower number 10 today since the start of this year and that should be it for the time being. I am back on the medication now so should be cured for a while.
