Collecting Beach Treasures

It was a beautiful sunny day yesterday, but bucketing down with rain again today.

I took this photo on my walk at Soldiers Point yesterday and spotted these two girls collecting beach treasures. I quite like the framing of the trees.

Not sure how much commenting I will be doing today because my shoulder is giving me lots of pain at the moment. I may have the beginning of a frozen shoulder. Think I will check out physio to see if it helps.

I didn't have a good nights sleep last night because my shoulder was giving me problems. It is much better today but I haven't done anything strenuous though. We were out for lunch with friends and then David had a medical appointment this afternoon. Just got home.
