Sunset on the Dunes

Sorry I am a bit absent at the moment and thanks for your well wishes for David. He is slightly better today.

He was supposed to have a 24 hour holter monitor today but apparently they double booked and so he won't be able to have it until next Thursday.

After a month of black and white and a rather stressful week I needed a walk on my favourite beach and was greeted with a lovely sunset.

As you can see I more or less had the place to myself with just one solitary figure off in the distance, hope you can see him.
