The rain has finally stopped and we had 100 mm in the last 24 hours according to our rain gauge.
I have had another lazy day today and went back to my Belmont photos.
I took some photos of flowers as I walked back from the waterfront at Belmont to the hospital and decided to put them in a collage. Pink seemed to be a popular colour in the gardens I passed on my walk.
Beautiful collage with these gorgeous flowers. We too have had a lot of rain this past week, the pool was overflowing. Our typical winter weather seems to be a few days of heavy rain, then a few days of wonderful sunshine.
Oh so beautiful. We had a surprise storm last night. The weathermen did not forecast it, but the birds did, about an hour before the storm the rain crows started calling.
@kjarn It is getting a bit like Melbourne up here too judging by the weather. It is lovely to see the sun again after our downpour. Quite warm this morning and sunny too
@ludwigsdiana I am beginning to get webbed feet with so much rain here ha ha.
We got some rain yesterday evening and last night. Today has been four seasons in one day, every time I look out the window it's different
@ludwigsdiana I am beginning to get webbed feet with so much rain here ha ha.

@louannwarren Birds always know when storms are approaching don't they, our kookaburras always start to laugh when rain is on the way.
