Front View by onewing

Front View

I had to go into Nelson Bay this morning to drop off some things at the charity shot so I walked down to the main road to take a photo for Pat @happypat

I took a photo of the back of this apartment block a few days ago and she suggested I take a photo of the front view, so here it is.

Here is a link the rear view

It does look much nicer from the front but I wouldn't want to live here even though the occupants have a lovely view of the bay and the marina.

It is on the main road through the centre of Nelson Bay and they must have to put up with a lot of traffic and tourists passing by.

Thanks for your comments and favs for yesterday's Sunset Beach photo.

It has been a lovely day today, but the clouds are going black again now and I can hear thunder in the distance, so I am about to turn off my computer until the storm passes.
@happypat Here you go Pat this is the front view of the apartment block I took a photo of a few days ago.

It sure looks lovely, I think for those views I could put up with the traffic and tourists. After all we managed that in Tokyo for ten years, we were much younger then though ;-)

Ooh it’s very swish Babs…fantastic balconies but I agree with you not for living there permanently. It would be for an interesting view if you couldn’t get out much I dare say though. The factory clearance shop sign slightly jars I feel….the sea view would be no good for me, I couldn’t settle being so near there even though it would be lovely in the day time.
I am a countryside girl! 😀

It certainly looks a lot better from the front. I would probably find it quiet compared to Sydney traffic.

Best place inside with a view so you don’t have to look at it!

Great image full of patterns and shapes Babs, we stayed a couple of times in the Nelson Tower Motel on holiday l think this maybe in the same building we always had a room with a large curved veranda. Over looking the bay, happy days:)

I totally agree with you about not living there. Looks much much better than the back view. However there is nothing special about the architecture apart from those half-round balconies.

Such improvement from the back view of the building , but somewhat the bold shop sign - factory clearance shop seems to jar me !
