I just love the colour of this rose, so beautiful.
I am keeping my eye on the news at the moment as there is a siege situation going on at the Lindt Café in Martin Place in Sydney. Five people have so far either escaped or been released. Hope all ends well.
We watched with horror that unfolding story Babs.......so sorry for all the worry & injury specially in such a relaxed country as yours. Why don't people chill out & go on the beach instead of doing stuff like that. Frightening what's happening to our world!
@annied Thanks Annie, a very scary time for you glad your daughter got home safely. Having been on the receiving end of a terrorist attack myself, I know how scary it must be for the loved ones not knowing what is going on.
@beryl@creampuff@hermann@pcoulson@sioux@lynnz@derekvickers@denisefuller@happypat Thanks for your lovely comments and favs.
Such a sad day in Australia today as the siege at Martin Place ended in tragedy. I feel for the hostages and their loved ones today. It will be a long time before they can put today's events behind them.
