We had a lovely walk in the country park yesterday although it wasn't too long because of my plantar fasciitis is still giving me pain in my heel. I have been resting but I really needed to get out of the house and have a walk in the fresh air. Definitely falling apart at the moment!!
There were lots of bees around especially on the thistles.
