Topic of the Day - Autumn

I was so pleased to see these acorns on a huge old oak tree. A real sign that Autumn is on the way. I used to collect acorns when I was very young especially the cups which I thought the fairies drank from!!

Those colours are fabulous Pam and for us here the leaves of the oaks are just starting to come.
